On the nose, it offers lifted aromas of wild strawberry, cherry skin, rhubarb and red plum, layered with subtle spice, amaro, dried herbs, and earthy forest floor. The palate is silky and light-bodied, with vibrant acidity and soft grainy tannins giving it a graceful, flowing shape. Earthy and savoury finish with the amaro edge, persistent and persuasive. Serve up alongside mushroom risotto or steak sandwich, slightly chill to pair with grilled Salmon.
